​This Online Magazine is for the birds! Well, actually it’s really for bird people. If you are a casual bird observer, hard core bird watcher, aviary keeper, business bird breeder, egg producer, or bird enthusiast in general then this is the place for you!

Our goal is to provide interesting bird and aviary related articles and information that will educate and entertain everyone interested in our feathered friends. We also have picture galleries, sponsor, and classified sections for our hobbiests and business owners (some sections will be coming out in future editions). Every quarter we will bring you articles and pictures from individual and business contributors across the country, related to all aspects of bird handling.

Aviary Enthusiast is not only a place to be educated, but to also help build bird related businesses, and to encourage a deeper understanding of birds and how to handle them through interaction with other enthusiats. Our articles will range from informative for handling birds as pets to those who breed birds to sell. Feature Article: Fallen Feathers

What happens when your husband brings injured birds home for you to care for? You become a bird rescue of course! That’s exactly what happened to Jody Kieran of Fallen Feathers Organization, located in Peoria, Arizona. When Jody started caring for birds with her husband and 6 children she knew very little about birds in general much less about how to care for them so she started by contacting other bird groups for information.
